1. Box body and box cover

3. Rolling bearings
The rolling bearings in the reducer are subject to radial and axial compressive stress, requiring high strength and wear resistance. The rolling bearing is a standard part, and its inner and outer rings are made of wave bearing steel (GCr5) forged by reaming, the balls are made of rolling bearing steel with spiral cross rolling, and the cage is made of high-quality carbon structural steel (08 steel) by stamping.

4. Bearing cover
The bearing end cover mainly prevents the bearing from moving and plays a protective role. For single-piece and small-batch production, gray cast iron is used for manual casting, or carbon structural steel round steel is turned. For mass production, gray cast iron machines are used for molding and casting.

5. Bolts and nuts
Bolts and nuts play the role of fixing the box cover and box body, and the bolt rods are subjected to longitudinal (axial) tensile stress, bending stress and transverse shear stress.

The gear reducer uses all levels of gear transmission to achieve the purpose of speed reduction. The reducer is composed of gear pairs at all levels. For example, the purpose of deceleration can be achieved by driving the large gear with the small gear, and the speed can be greatly reduced by using a multi-stage structure.
