Requirements to be met:
1. The outer surface should be smooth and smooth;

2. There must be no oil leakage at the joint and seal of the reducer;

3. All solid parts and connecting parts must not be loose;

4. When the input shaft of the reducer is rotated by hand, it must be easy and stable without jamming;

5. Under the rated speed and rated load, the noise of the reducer is ≤80DB(a), the temperature rise is ≤65 degrees, and the maximum oil temperature is ≤95 degrees;

6. The transmission efficiency and carrying capacity of the reducer should meet the requirements of GB/T 16444;

7. The contact spots on the tooth surface of the worm gear should meet the requirements;

8. The axial clearance between the worm gear shaft and the worm meets the requirements.

experiment method:
1. The reducer should be subjected to a load test after passing the test run;

2. During the load test, record the oil temperature, time, torque and speed every ten minutes;

3. Under the rated speed of the reducer, the load test is carried out step by step according to 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, 110% and 125% of its rated torque;

4. In the heat power load test, the temperature of the oil pool of the reducer is stable for two hours, and its temperature should meet the requirements, and no oil leakage is allowed at the seals and joints;

5. For the reducer that works in two directions or does not indicate the direction of rotation, the forward and reverse tests should be carried out separately. For the reducer that works in one direction, the test can be performed in one direction, and the direction of rotation must be the same as the working direction.

Acceptance rules:
1. Instruments and instruments for inspection must be measured and verified by metrology;

2. The quality inspection department of the manufacturer is responsible for inspection and acceptance of the reducer, and a certificate of conformity is issued;

3. For the batch production of the same specification reducer, it is allowed to sample 10% (if there are less than ten units, one should be sampled), and if the sample fails to pass, another 20% should be sampled.
