Geared Motors

The stepper motor is a kind of induction motor. Its working principle is to use the electronic circuit to convert the direct current into a time-sharing power supply. The multi-phase sequence controls the current. Using this current to power the stepper motor, the stepper motor can work normally. The drive is a time-sharing power supply for the stepping motor, a multi-phase timing controller; equipped with a reduction gearbox, it can be integrated and assembled into a stepping reduction motor, which is more widely used.

Stepper motors can be equipped with reduction equipment assembled from gear reducers, planetary gearboxes, and worm gears, such as stepping reduction motors, planetary stepping reduction motors, etc. This type of stepping gear motor has small specifications, low noise, precision, and long service life, and is used in automotive starters, electronic products, security fields, smart homes, communication antennas, industrial automation, robots and other fields.

The geared motor refers to the integration of the reducer and the motor (motor). This assembly is usually also called a geared motor or a geared motor. The motor provides high-speed speed, but the torque is small and the inertia is large; the reducer The function is to reduce the speed, increase the torque, and reduce the inertia to achieve the ideal speed and torque; for example, the common electric curtains and electric rolling gates all use geared motors with slow speed and large torque.

Features of geared motors: compact structure, small size, low noise, precision, strong bearing capacity, graded and tight transmission, wide deceleration range, low energy consumption, transmission efficiency, etc.

Simply put, the stepper motor can be controlled at a fixed length and a fixed speed. For example, the speed of the workbench can be set freely when the workbench moves 1 meter. Common application cases include the stepper motor of the workbench of a milling machine. The difference between the two is that the stepper motor can be fixed at a fixed speed and timing (you can set how long you want to go and how fast you want to turn); the speed of the reducer is determined by the reduction ratio, and the speed cannot be adjusted; but the torque of the stepper motor Small, the torque of the geared motor is large.

The stepper motor can be controlled at a fixed length and a fixed speed. For example, the workbench walks 1 meter and the speed is 500 R/MIN, but the geared motor cannot do it. If it is a three-phase asynchronous geared motor, it is decelerated through the gearbox, but the speed is not It is easy to adjust, the speed needs to be adjusted through the frequency converter, and it is impossible to say how much I want to go.
